My candidates success is my motivation, I love success and I hate failure.
Everyone knows and understands about themselves better than anyone else, so what I know about myself is that my life is a big chess game, I never accept failure and if it happens I learn from it, to improve myself.
When I play chess, sometimes I intentionally give up or sacrifice some of pieces intentionally to win the whole game ultimately.
ADC teaching and helping the candidates is not only my passion that I enjoy it, exactly the same the way that I play chess game, but also ADC is my life and my addiction.
If every candidate has the same feelings and passions that I feel for ADC, I believe they should not struggle with ADC exam at all.
